A little bit about us

We are looking for a full-time nanny to care for our toddler and infant for the rest of the 2026 thru 2027 school year. Both parents John and Ashley work full-time outside the home, but Ashley is a professor who has academic holidays and summers off. We would need care for an average of 40 hours per week (i.e., 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, M-Th and the remaining hours on Fri) for at least 8 months out of the year. You could be off, ideally unpaid, for Fall break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring break, etc. Or we are flexible and can negotiate part-time hours during the holidays and summer break. Our son is a smart, energetic little boy who loves to play on our swing set and build with Magna-Tiles. He also loves to read books, sing songs, and go to the park. He will be 3 years old this winter. He attends preschool most Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and we would need help with pick up after lunch on those days. Our daughter is a sweet, smiley infant who likes to sit up and play with teething toys. She drinks bottles of breast milk while Ashley is at work and naps multiple times per day. During this time, we would also like help with housekeeping tasks like dishes, laundry, and meal prep. In addition, we have a friendly King Charles Cavalier who would just need to be let outside once during the middle of the day.
