Babysitter Job: The Cochran Family with 1 Child
Baby Shawn is our first (outside of our two dogs that are definitely part of the family) and being new to the are and without family close, we need a bit of help taking care of everyone! Specifically during "normal" business hours M-F, and occasionally a bit of evening help as well. Both parents work from home, but travel for work (will not both travel at the same time) and we have room to accommodate a nanny and kiddo doing what they need to do all day without being in each other's way.

We are seeking a live in nanny for a 7 year old child. This is a week on, week off position, except during the summer when there will be a 6 week working period.

He is active, smart, and full of personality. He does best with someone patient, engaging, consistent, and able to provide structure, positive guidance, and support with daily routines.
Schedule
Monday through Friday
7:30 AM to 9:30 AM
2:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Weekends
8:30 AM to 8:30 PM
After bedtime, any additional needs can be discussed as necessary.
What is included
This position includes full access to the home, with a private bedroom provided for your personal space.
Access to a truck or Tesla, if needed
Up to $90 per month toward your cell phone bill
Food included
Basic hygiene items included
Incentives at 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, discussed upon hire
We do not have pets in the home.
Qualifications Preferred
Childcare or nanny experience
CPR/First Aid certification
Good swimmer
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable, responsible, and safety minded
Able to maintain routines, boundaries, and a structured environment
Comfortable in a live in role and respectful of the home
Passport preferred for possible travel
Background check and references may be required
Pay
Pay will be a set rate based on experience, and we are willing to discuss a fair range that works for both sides.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Martell Family with 2 Children
We are looking for a PT Nanny to watch our 1 year old twin girls. We would like someone who can watch them in our home. We have a full upstairs and plenty of room to watch them while my wife works from home in the basement. Hi! We are looking for a babysitter for date nights and occasional days. We have a two year old son who is so fun and loves to be outdoors. We are also expecting a baby girl in May. We typically would use you at least 3-4 times a month and maybe more on the weeks my husband travels.
