📢 We're Hiring a PCA/Nanny in Apple Valley!
We're looking for an amazing person to join our family and provide 1:1 support for our son. He thrives with individualized attention, and we're hoping to find someone who is energetic, positive, and a self-starter who enjoys helping kids succeed.
Position Details:
📍 Apple Valley, MN
🕑 Monday–Friday, 2:00–6:00 PM
💲 $25/hour
✅ Paid legally through a household payroll service (taxes withheld)
✨ Additional hours available on school holidays, evenings, and occasional weekends if desired.
We're looking for someone who:
• Is dependable and takes initiative.
• Has a positive attitude and lots of energy.
• Enjoys staying active and engaging with kids.
• Is patient, creative, and compassionate.
• Is willing to learn and become part of our son's support team.
Experience with neurodiverse children is a big plus, but it is not required. We're happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a college student studying education, therapy, nursing, psychology, or a related field, or for anyone who enjoys meaningful one-on-one work with children.

Special needs nanny for 10yo boy with CP and global delays. Currently hiring for weekends: we are very flexible and can accommodate 4-12 hour shifts. Pay is $25-30/hr, DOE.

Will has lots of physical and developmental needs, and we are looking for staff who can help him live his best life! Ideal staff would be fun, infinitely patient, great singer (or terrible but confident!), and love being on the go! An ideal candidate would be comfortable melding themselves into our family life, and be good joining the chaos or doing your own thing depending on the day and Will’s needs.

-Must have a valid driver’s license and clear record
