A little bit about us

I'm looking for a great nanny with experience and references for my 1-year-old daughter. Must be able to drive to and from our residence and watch our child at our residence. Hours are 6:30-5:00. My daughter is on a strict but very easy schedule. Takes two, two hour naps a day. She is very easy going, pretty much entertains herself and very rarely in bad moods. We believe in structure and a good foundation, and believe in a good schedule (in which she is on). We live out in the country and would like someone who is willing to take her on walks and be outdoors with her. This is a permanent job and could possibly be long term dropping off and picking up from school when that time comes.
