A little bit about us

Hi! I’m Cali, mom to Dottie (2) and Lilah (1). Dad (Josh) and I both work in restaurants, so we are looking for someone to watch the girls a few nights a week while we’re at work. I stay home with them during the day, but I would like a few hours one or two days a week to run errands kid-free. I’m hoping to find someone that my girls will come to love like family, and someone who loves them in return.
I am looking for a nanny versus a babysitter. I’m looking for consistency, honesty, and teamwork. I am looking for someone to enforce rules that we set, be comfortable enforcing their own rules, and assist in helping Dottie and Lilah meet milestones (we’re currently potty training!). My girls are curious, creative, and active, so I’m looking for someone to challenge them and be ready to play! We’d love to have someone that’s comfortable driving to playgrounds or going for walks (we live next to the beach!). Since we work nights, we expect a nanny to assist with dinner and bedtime.
