Babysitter Job: The Mitchell Family with 2 Children
We’re looking for a caring, reliable, and flexible part-time nanny to help 1–2 days per week, with the potential to serve as a backup for our other nanny when needed.
About our family:
* Two boys: 6 months and 3 years old
* Mom and Dad both work full-time and have a hybrid schedule between home and the office
* Our 3-year-old attends preschool Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9 AM–1 PM in Davidson and will need to be dropped off and picked up
* Grandma also helps with the boys alongside our nanny as needed
* We have a friendly miniature dachshund
Hours & responsibilities:
* Approximately 8 AM–5 PM
* Caring for our two boys, with the majority of care depending on the day
* Preschool drop-off/pick-up for our 3-year-old
* Taking the kids to age-appropriate activities such as parks, museums, library, etc.
* Helping with the kids’ daily routines, meals/snacks, play, and keeping their spaces tidy
* Providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
* Some flexibility to provide backup coverage for our regular nanny when needed
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, warm, energetic, and comfortable driving with children. A clean driving record and references are preferred.

Hours: 20 hours a week, some weeks up to 30
Pay: DOE and duties, $16-23

Qualifications: Flexibility in schedule, previous nanny experience with infants, comfortable with sticking to nap schedules, feedings (milk and solids), helping reach milestones (crawling, walking, safe play, playful learning) Must be comfortable with a small, docile dog. Hi! We are an awesome family looking for a part-time nanny to become a beloved part of our team. Our current part-time nanny is heading to school, so we are looking for someone to help us out 2-3 days a week. We've previously worked with a nanny who truly became a part of our family and was with us for almost four years, but she has since graduated and started a family of her own, so we are looking for a new special person to join our little team. We are looking for help on Mondays, Tuesdays (could possibly do a Wednesday instead), and every other Friday to give me (mom) a break and dedicated time to work a volunteer position. A significant amount of the time would be just L (6 months), and late afternoons and Fridays would be L and her sweet big brother, W (4). W loves rainbows, building with legos, racing matchbox cars on his track, and baking/decorating cakes. He's an absolute sweetheart. L is a snuggly, happy baby and total joy. We are open to benefits commiserate with experience and commitment, including PTO and guaranteed hours. We treat our nannies wonderfully and want them to feel they are valued and appreciated.
