Part-Time Nanny Job: The Kosin Family with 3 Children
We are looking for a PT nanny for our 3 kids. We are finalizing things but will likely need someone two days per week starting late May through the summer, and then maybe help into the school year. The kids have a lot of pre-planned activities (running club, swim lessons, etc) so would need someone to shuttle them to/from activities and then bring them home, feed lunch, and keep them otherwise occupied. We also have a dog and a cat so looking for someone comfortable with animals. The kids love to read and be outside as much as possible!
Full-Time Nanny Job: The Alessandroni Family with 2 Children
Hello! My husband and I are physical therapists and decided to take a big shift and move from Michigan to Alaska to pursue travel physical therapy!
We are a warm, active family of four looking for a full-time nanny for our two children during a temporary assignment in Alaska (approximately 3–6 months).
Our son is 5 and our daughter is 2. We value connection, flexibility, outdoor time, and a calm, nurturing approach to childcare. Our family follows a rhythm-based routine more than a strict schedule, and we’re looking for someone who is comfortable supporting young children in a responsive and developmentally appropriate way.
We’d love someone who:
• Has experience with infants/toddlers and young children
• Is calm, dependable, and patient
• Enjoys active play and being outdoors
• Can adapt to the changing needs/routines of young kids
• Communicates well and works collaboratively with parents
Position details:
• Full-time
• Temporary position (3–6 months)
• Alaska
• Competitive pay based on experience
• CPR/first aid preferred
We are hoping to find someone who will become a trusted, caring part of our children’s lives during this exciting season for our family.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Olson Family with 1 Child
Are you a nurturing individual who loves working with infants? We are a warm family seeking a reliable nanny for our 6-month-old daughter while my wife, Maria, works from home.
Currently part time at 30-35hrs but can potentially be full time in future. There are weeks she travels for work and will need a minimum of 40 hours. Some light tidying up such as folding baby clothes and cleaning baby bottles. We have one high-energy dog who's very friendly and loves to play. If weather permits we typically do a short walk daily with the dog and baby. This is a payroll position and will be paid overtime if over 40 hours a week or over 8 hours a day.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Ince Family with 2 Children
Hello! I'm looking for a reliable nanny for mostly my son, but my daughter part of the time as well. I need care 20 hours a week, and I can be flexible except I do need care for my class times. I'm a law student studying at home. This spring, I have class on Wednesdays from 2-2:30 and Thursdays from 3-4:30.
My son is 15 months old, and my daughter is 5. She's in kindergarten and goes to an after school program down the street from our house, so depending on when you'd be here, you may pick her up. She'd also be here on days when school is out or she's home sick (not frequent but you know kids!)
I’m also looking for light housekeeping, especially if the baby is napping during your shift. We also have a 12 year old chihuahua who spends most of the day napping.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Gray Family with 2 Children
Hello! My name is Ellie and I have two kids, 4.5 y/o boy and 3 y/o girl. We are a bit of a nomadic family, though also rooted here in Anchorage. My husband is a pilot so when we are not on the go together, I am often home alone with the kiddos while also working from home to start a new business. We are flexible with days and time, I’m just wanting some help in the entertainment and interaction department with the kids who love socializing and playing with adults. A big thing for me is finding someone who takes genuine interest in them and helps guide and grow their little brains with kindness and excitement as they are such sponges right now. Anyway, if you are interested in chatting more, let’s chat!
