Responsibilities include general infant care, bottle feeding, solid feeding, and developmentally appropriate play. We have a dog who doesn’t require care but will be at home during the day. Our toddler son attends preschool those days of the week and doesn’t require care but we may need the occasional help with walking him to drop off in the morning if both parents have an early start. We are located in Carmel Valley and looking for a nanny who can start before my wife returns to work, some time mid to late April 2023. We both mostly work from home, but will not be very available during work hours. Primary responsibilities would be taking care of baby including feeding, changing, scheduled naps, and age-appropriate activities for development. Additional help with light tidying up, baby laundry, dishes, and occasional ingredient prep would be a plus. Looking for someone who is organized, punctual, has experience caring for infants, and ok with a small dog. Ideally we are looking for full-time with likely a shorter day on Wednesday.

The position offers Monday-Friday, hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a break from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, during which you can take time for lunch, go home, or run errands. These hours may change in the future and might be from 1 pm-6 pm.
