About Us
We’re an active, loving St. Louis family seeking a warm, professional full-time nanny for our two daughters (a curious 7-year-old & a sweet toddler). We value kindness, intentional engagement, and autonomy-focused care (RIE/Reggio Emilia inspired). We view our nanny as a true professional partner. We employ a house manager, so your sole focus remains on direct childcare—no non-childcare household chores expected!
What We Offer
Comp: $30/hour ($1,050/wk base)
Hours: 35 guaranteed hours/week
Perks: Clothing allowance, family pool/gym club access, all meals/snacks/coffee included, holiday bonuses (up to 2 wks year-end bonus potential), annual COL adjustments.

Expected Responsibilities
Intentional Care: Child-centered care focused on developmental milestones, outdoor play, creative discovery, and rich language modeling.
Guidance: Gentle, respectful support for emotional regulation and healthy independence.
Rhythms: Maintain predictable daily schedules (toddler naps, after-school engagement, nutritious child meals).
Child-Focused Care: Keep child play areas and kids' laundry neat, fresh, and organized.
Minimum Requirements
Associate’s Degree (ECE, Child Dev, Nursing, or related) AND/OR 5+ years professional childcare/nanny experience.
CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain before start).
Up-to-date vaccinations & willingness to get annual vaccines (e.g., flu) due to an immunocompromised household member.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal transport to/from work. (Child driving done in our family vehicle).
Non-smoker, clear background check, and stellar references.
