A little bit about us

Looking for part time only nanny care for almost 2.5 year old identical twin girls with the absolute best personalities and are great fun!
I'm a police dispatcher and work 12 hour shifts. We are looking for just Mondays and Tuesdays all day every week. Most weeks it will be 9 am-5 pm both days but if my mom can't help out that week it would be 7 am-5 pm both days. My grandma lives with us and will help out too but she's physically limited on what she can help with.
The girls are still in diapers but we're looking to start potty training soon so any knowledge and/or expertise in that area is a huge plus!
These girls are so fun and good natured you will definitely love them quickly!
