We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Mother's Helper/Nanny/childcare provider to assist a busy parent in managing daily household tasks and providing care for children. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, enjoys working with children and wants to support a family in a nurturing environment. This is a live-out position.
Half of the children go to preschool half of the days.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide childcare, supervising and engaging with children during playtime, meals, and naps
• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning up after the children /highchairs/ children’s dishes/keeping toys tidy and meal preparation
• Help keep organized and maintain children's activities, assist in outings to playgrounds/indoor play gyms
• Communicate effectively with the parent(s) to ensure a smooth daily routine.
• Maintain a safe, positive and nurturing environment for the children.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in childcare or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, energetic and stay organized.
• Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• First Aid/CPR certification is required

Schedule:
• Flexible hours based on family needs, Monday, Wednesday Friday 9-6
Tuesday & Thursday 2:30-9pm with occasional weekends/ date nights, TBD at dates discussed together
