A little bit about us

For a little more info on dates & times I'm flexible! My core work hours are 8-430 so I'd be hoping for someone to help out around the hours of 9-3:30ish on weekdays with the exception of Thursday which is my (mostly) non-meeting day. I conduct a lot of meetings so the main need for me is having someone to care for my kiddos during meetings and give them more personal one on one time then i can while working. So that's where my flexibility comes from. I'd be open to looking at things on a weekly basis so I can be understanding and respectful of your time.

A little about our kiddos. Our son is 3 and I have a 4 month old. We also have a 5 year old who will be going to kindergarten so I don't need care for her. Our son is a mostly independent kid who likes to build and do hands on activities or watch shows about building things. Our youngest is really independent as well except for at nap times but I have a good strategy of how to help with that. She likes to stand in her walker and watch other people move about. She’s exclusively breastfed, so i will take care of that part. Overall I'd love to get them on a schedule again and would like to make one that is easy for you to manage.
