At her current age, 21 months, she’s speaking clearly in 4-6 word sentences and is able to get her point across. Her grandfather speaks to her in Spanish only and we think she understands.
We are relocating to Bonsall in April and will have a house on 3 acres with lots of space to play outside. We both work from home but are mindful to stay in our offices and not interfere.
Hours can have some flexibility and could look like 10-4 Monday and Tuesday, 10-3 Wednesday-Friday and or Fridays off. We want somebody who is entirely focused on or kid, so other than cleaning up together as you go (toys and dishes) there are no other responsibilities. We do have a dog that might request a treat every so often.
