A little bit about us

We work 24 on 48 off. Every three weeks we have 5 days off. That’s the schedule. You must love cats and dogs. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs. They need love and attention as they are family member too. Two kids. One is 15 months and the other is 3 months. Childcare and pet care in our home. We do have cameras in the house so we can check in and monitor as we choose. In a world like this one with neglect and abuse to humans and animals it’s essential for us to have cameras in the house. We do have them in every room except the bathroom. If you don’t LOVE animals this is not the house for you. They are to be cared for as an equal the the kiddos. They’re family too.

Looking for someone to watch our daughter Alaina 2 days a week during the school year (Sept 15-June 12). Hours would likely be approximately 7am-3pm with possibility of extending to 5pm through October.

My husband is a teacher and coaches cross country, hence the need for a little bit of extra time through October. I am a graphic designer and I work from home 3-4 days a week. Our daughter will be 12 weeks old when I go back to work, and just about 1 year when the school year ends. We do have 2 cats in the home as well, so you must be comfortable around cats. (They mostly just sleep, and shouldn’t require any additional care from you).

There is the possibility of adding a day or two when grandparents have other commitments… (with advance notice, of course!) Additionally, we would not need a nanny for winter break or spring break, leaving you free to be with your own school-age kids and/or travel!
