We need a nanny for our two boys, primarily for mornings (630-9) and late afternoon/evenings (230-6) 5 days/week. There may also be an evening here or there if we want to go out for the night, but that’s not required necessarily. It would include getting them ready for school, fixing breakfast/dinner for them and pickup/dropoff at school (so drivers license and good driving record required). The boys are well behaved and polite, but young boys can sometimes be rambunctious. We both travel on and off for work but at least one parent will always be around. We just need an extra hand.

We live in South Orange, NJ. We have a fun-loving 2 1/2 year old. He’s in daycare full-time M-F but sometimes we need a little help on alternating afternoons, evenings and weekends. We also have a 5 month old son who is predominantly taken care of by his grandmother – who lives 30 mins away. We are a creative family working in advertising and architecture. The dad works from home most days M-F in his home office. We may need weekday daycare pickups (10 min drive away from our house) bet 5-6pm on occasion. Sitter may need to stay until 8/9pm 1x or 2x /week. Do have experience with occasionally handling toddler bedtime routines (bath, storytime, etc? We also have a very comfortable sunlit living room great for hanging out, study at the kitchen table and taking care of children. There is an additional private 3rd floor large room with bed, closet and desk for overnight guests. Great parks are less than two blocks away on both sides. We live on a great family-filled block.
