I’m a Respiratory Therapist. My schedule is 12hr shifts. My husband is a welder & his schedule can run anywhere from 8-12hrs a day. The kids will need to be dropped off and picked up at/from school. I’m currently looking for a new travel assignment (locally) so right now I do not have days/hours of work to give.

Nanny Needed – Twin Infant Care (Part-Time to Full-Time Transition)

I am looking for a reliable, nurturing nanny to care for my twin boys, who are currently 5 weeks old (36 weeks adjusted).

We are planning a gradual transition into care:
- Starting schedule: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Long-term schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (after a few weeks of adjustment)
- Additional hours: Occasional evening shifts on weekends

Pay: $17/hour

Responsibilities:
- Infant care (feeding, burping, diapering, soothing)
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment
- Following a consistent feeding and sleep routine
- Light baby-related tasks (bottles, laundry if needed)

Requirements:
- Non-smoker (strict requirement)
- CPR certified (or willing to be certified—we can arrange training)
- Experience with infants (experience with preemies or multiples is a plus)
- Dependable, patient, and attentive

We are looking for someone who is gentle, trustworthy, and comfortable caring for newborn twins, especially as they continue to grow and develop.
