A little bit about us

I am looking for a dependable, caring, and experienced nanny to provide weekday care for my three children while I work full-time. Reliability, patience, and a genuine love for working with children are very important.

Responsibilities include providing attentive supervision, preparing simple meals and snacks, engaging the children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities, assisting with naps and daily routines, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Light housekeeping related to the children, such as tidying play areas and cleaning up after meals, is appreciated.

My ideal nanny is punctual, communicative, CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified), has reliable transportation, and is comfortable caring for multiple children. Previous childcare experience and strong references are preferred.

I am looking for someone who can become a consistent, positive presence in my children’s lives and provide them with a nurturing, structured environment while I am at work.

My two girls are very sweet and close to each other, and my son is the happiest little baby you have ever met.

Hours would look like 12 hours 3-4 days a week depending on what team I integrate to in my current role but could shift to a more normal 8 hours 5 days a week.

We are looking for a part time nanny to help with our girl/boy twins (18 months old) for two days a week from around 10 am to 5 pm (~14 hours/week). We are located in the Delaware, OH area. Days of the week can be flexible to accommodate scheduling needs on your end, but we'd look to keep it in the general work week, from Monday to Friday.
