A little bit about us

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and energetic Flex Nanny / House Manager to help our household run smoothly a few afternoons a week.
We have three children who are in full-time school/care and can be picked up as late as 6:00 PM. We are looking for someone who can step in during the late afternoon to manage household flow, prep dinner, get the kids organized, and handle pick-ups.
The Role & Responsibilities
Household Management & Prep (Before School Lets Out):
Tidy up kid areas, reset play spaces, and keep schedules/school materials organized.
Light meal prep
Light household tidying (dishes, fold kid laundry, restocking essentials).
Childcare & After-School Routines:
School pick-ups and transportation to local activities (as needed).
Unpacking backpacks, managing homework, and guiding dinner/evening transition.
Ideal Schedule & Hours
Afternoons: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (or 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM) on designated days (e.g., 3–4 days per week).
Morning Option: Open to adding a brief morning shift (e.g., 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM) for local applicants interested in extra hours to help with breakfast, school prep, and drop-offs.
Hours: Approximately 10–15+ hours per week, with potential for extra hours on school half-days or holidays.
Ideal Candidate
Experienced with multiple children (3 kids) and comfortable managing multi-tasking routines.
Reliable, punctual, and proactive—someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative.
