My husband works 2 jobs between 3rd and 1st and I work 1st 2nd and 3rd at my job varies by the week but will know in advance what my schedule looks like. During the summer the biggest help would be staying overnight to ensure safety. During the school year making sure the two oldest get to and from school and watching for the baby throughout the day.
