Full-Time Nanny Job: The Cox Family with 2 Children
Hi there! We are two families in North Bend seeking a full time nanny starting June 1 for two infants who will be 7 months old at the time of job start. Both families are first time parents and we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and communicative nanny. Parent(s) WFH and there is a friendly dog in the house, but no pet care expected.
Location: North Bend
Schedule: Guaranteed 32+hrs/wk, M-Th 8:30-4:30 (we can be flexible on days, times, and days of week for the right candidate)
Rate: $40+ DOE
Main Responsibilities:
Managing daily routines such as bottle feeding, naps, and diaper changes
Engaging in interactive age-appropriate developmental activities such as playing, reading, and talking
Outside walks or playtime as weather permits
Must Haves:
Prior experience caring for 2+ infants in nanny share or other setting
Up-to-date on vaccinations (influenza, COVID, MMR, tDAP)
Infant CPR and first aid certified
Non-Smoking/Vaping
Reliable Transportation
Must pass background check

Like most families right now we are seeking a nanny to start with our family during the first week of September. Ideally this will be someone who has proven experience + certifications to integrate with our family. You would be working with our two girls (ages 3 and 4) to create a fun learning environment. My wife and I both work from home in our offices, but our house has plenty of space - girls each of have their own room, there is a bonus room we will convert into a play/learning area and our home is in a gated community with our actual house on 5 acres. We are not seeking a nanny share or a nanny that will bring their own child with them. Given Covid we would also ask that the nanny be active in practicing social distancing so as not to potentially infect our family.

We are looking for a nanny for our two children. We would like someone who can provide structure for our three year old and be a loving, calming presence for both children. Right now, we expect our needs to be from about 7 or 8 every morning to about 3 or 4 in the afternoon. No transportation of the children will be necessary. We require a non-smoker and we do have pets. We’d need you to have your own transportation to and from our home.
