A little bit about us

My boys and I have moved from CA to TX last October. My husband and I live separately and my time is preoccupied with legal matters. My boys attend LCS, which is about 20mins away, although I am currently in the process of moving closer to the school to eventually become more active with the school. I am looking for an individual capable of managing morning routines, such is getting the boys up for, school, fed and transported to and from school. Although we can negotiate total work hours required during the interview. Just the minimum stated would be roughly 20 hrs/wk. And the other additional hours, can be spent remotely organizing both boys’ school calendars of events, class directories, extra curricular activities provided through the school. I need more of a personal assistant for all school and childcare needs. Because of all the moving parts such as school dates, each teacher’s expectations and needs, I need someone capable of being able to be capable of organizing and providing me what is needed and by when. Full access to my school login information and into the school itself will allow you to seek assistance from the school staff in order to help keep you always in the know and therefore communicate that to me. Because this will be a learning curve for both of us, I anticipate that the job hours to be full-time, divided between physically be available and when appropriate remote. I will assist and support you in anyway to help provide all the necessary contacts, materials and extra expenditures necessary to make this job run smoothly for us both. I am looking for a long term position and someone looking for a payroll system of consistent pay. I am more than happy to set up a time to get together in person or over the phone to answer more detailed questions. Your help will be greatly appreciated and I am very accessible and willing to work collaboratively in every way.
