Seeking a warm, engaged, and self-directed caregiver to create and guide nature-based experiences for two preschool age children.
This is a role for someone who enjoys designing rhythm, following children’s interests, and promoting healthy early childhood development.
Primary Responsibilities
The position emphasizes:
• Daily outdoor exploration
• Play-based learning and early literacy development with engaged play, reading, and developmentally appropriate activities
• Connection, co-regulation, and relationship-based care
• Active care and supervision of the boys at all times during working hours (not scrolling on your phone) with water safety vigilance
• Maintaining a positive daily rhythm for the boys
• Light child-related tidying (toys, meals, children’s spaces)

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Garman Family with 2 Children
I work 12hr night shift at a local hospital. Mostly I’m looking for someone who can help with drop off at daycare and school and nights when my mom is out of town. I’m not really sure I’m searching the right thing but here we are.
