A little bit about us

9/6/24-Hello wonderful care givers! Our family is looking for someone to join our family dynamic in Buda, west of 35. I’m a stay at home mom and we are interested in finding someone who can provide childcare 3-5 days a week with some date nights. The schedule is flexible to add the right person. It’s most important that you are comfortable with 2 young children, ages 1 and 3. We need someone with imagination, creativity, patience, and empathy. We want someone who will be an extension of our parenting and provide love and confidence for our kiddos by being a trusted adult in our household. I’m a stay at home mom and very involved in the schedule so we so we appreciate a team player mindset. We need someone to be engaging and not just a child supervisor:)
Strong driver for trips to parks appreciated but not required.
Live in optional for full time. Private bedroom, queen bed, furnished, and private bathroom.
Part time min 3 days for live out
Hours either 830-1pm min or 830-430pm max. Date nights typically 6-11. current schedule:
9.00 AM to 11.30 AM. outing with the children. This can be a walk to our neighborhood playground or a drive to another place. We will discuss the best options and would like you to pick where to go each day depending on how you feel.
11.30 AM to 12.00 PM Lunch. I typically have the kids food ready so they just have to be served at the table.
12.00 PM to 3.00 PM At this time we separate the kids. I take 1 and you will take the other child for nap time. Toddle typically winds down for an hour. This is usually with reading books to her in her bedroom. Baby typically winds down about 30 mins. He takes a bottle and will fall asleep after a little rocking and stories in separate room. We also ask for some tidy up of the play room in this time. Some days will include folding kids clothes too.3.00 PM to 4.15 PM 3.00 PM to 4.30 PM -Free play.
