Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a nanny or in a similar role, preferably with infants.
2. Excellent references from past employers.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
5. Non-smoker.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide attentive and loving care for our infant son during weekdays.
2. Create a safe and stimulating environment for playtime, naps, and feeding.
3. Follow a schedule for feeding, diaper changes, and nap times.
4. Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery and baby's belongings.
6. Communicate regularly with parents regarding daily activities, milestones, and any concerns.
