Hello! We are looking for a nanny for two children ages 9 years and 5 months starting on October 6th. We need help Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Mom works from home Tuesdays and Thursday but is on site on Wednesday. Hours for Tuesday and Thursday are 7am-5pm and Wednesday is 6am-5pm. The nine year old goes to school and rides the bus that picks her up and drops her off right in front of the house. She is a spirited nine year old with a great imagination and love for all kids of arts and crafts. The baby is a happy and healthy boy with an appetite to see everything that is going on around him. We do have cats but they only stay in part of the house and outdoors.

We are two families looking for a warm, creative, and engaged nanny to care for our two 10-month-old boys in a nanny share. Both moms work from home, and we’re hoping to find someone who feels like an extension of our little village.
Our vision is to create something more than traditional childcare. We’d love for the boys to have an early, preschool-like experience rooted in curiosity, exploration, creativity, and connection with the natural world.
We have a wonderful outdoor space with gardens, fruit trees, bees, and chickens, and we’d love someone who is excited to incorporate these into the children’s daily rhythms. Think gardening, gathering eggs, observing insects, exploring the woods, reading stories, making art, singing songs, and learning through play. We want the boys to get muddy, discover things, develop independence, and build a relationship with the living world around them.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys babies and young children, is attentive and nurturing, and brings imagination and intention to their days. Experience with early childhood education, Montessori, Waldorf, or nature-based learning would be wonderful, but isn’t required. We’re most interested in finding someone whose values and energy align with ours.
Above all, we’re hoping to find someone who wants to help us create a beautiful little world for these children to grow up in, with plenty of love, laughter, fresh air, and discovery.

Hi there! We're a family of three looking for someone to care for our rambunctious, fun-loving, talkative 19 month old while we work from home on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Dad travels roughly 30-50% of the time and mom is more often than not at home. We're looking for in-home care, flexible in a 7-8 hour period on the aforementioned days a week. Our son is busy, loves playing outside and chasing you around the dining room table inside, always wants to read books, and enjoys anything even remotely resembling a car. Especially fire trucks and ambulances. We are pretty laid back as far as parenting goes and lead a child-centered house where we encourage him to talk and learn about his feelings in age-appropriate ways. He usually takes one solo nap a day but occasionally needs some extra comfort via contact napping. No pet care or other housekeeping needed. We're looking for someone interested in staying on long term!

Looking for a nanny for the fall 2025 school year for my 4 year old. Responsibilities include picking him from up from Tacoma preschool at 310pm and watching at my house or your house until about 5pm on Monday and Wednesday.
Tuesday and Thursday he needs to be picked up from Tacoma school and taken to farm preschool in Puyallup at 12pm. If able, picking up at 330pm from farm preschool and watching until 5pm would be helpful but not a requirement.
