Hi there! We're a family of three looking for someone to care for our rambunctious, fun-loving, talkative 19 month old while we work from home on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Dad travels roughly 30-50% of the time and mom is more often than not at home. We're looking for in-home care, flexible in a 7-8 hour period on the aforementioned days a week. Our son is busy, loves playing outside and chasing you around the dining room table inside, always wants to read books, and enjoys anything even remotely resembling a car. Especially fire trucks and ambulances. We are pretty laid back as far as parenting goes and lead a child-centered house where we encourage him to talk and learn about his feelings in age-appropriate ways. He usually takes one solo nap a day but occasionally needs some extra comfort via contact napping. No pet care or other housekeeping needed.
