Evening Nanny: Dinner, Meal Prep & Bedtime Routine (Farragut, ~15 hrs/wk, $20-22/hr)
We're a professional mixed-race Asian family relocating to Farragut, looking for a warm, dependable caregiver for our energetic 3-year-old son on weekday evenings after daycare. One of us works from home, so a parent will usually be in the house, but you'll run the evening routine independently.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30–7:30 or 5–8 pm (~15 hrs/week). Starts early January 2027, with paid trial shifts in December. More hours are available for the right person, depending on the additional duties you're open to.
Responsibilities:
Cook a fresh, simple home-style dinner from our family recipes, and feed him.
Pack his food for the next day.
Bath, wind-down routine, and light kitchen clean-up.
Requirements:
Experience with toddlers, and genuinely comfortable cooking
CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to certify
Reliable transportation to Farragut
Verifiable references and a background check
Calm, patient, self-directed, and consistent. We're looking for one long-term person, not a short-term fill.
Asian background preferred
We are open to expanding duties and hours depending on the quality of care and mutual willingness.
Pay: $20-23/hour depending on experience, with guaranteed weekly hours, paid on the books.

The twins will of course need around the clock attention and love. We just ask for safety and respect all around, which is reciprocal. My husband (dad) will also be around sometimes but works from home.
We look forward to welcoming a kind and child-loving nanny into our home!
