However, I’d only need a babysitter from around 11-5 as my husband gets off earlier than I do.

I am looking for someone to come on occasions when I need to be gone for work or have very important meetings. Some of that time I will be home and working downstairs and some of that time I will be away. My three year old goes to preschool on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30-3 so sometimes it will be both kids ($15 per hour) and other times it will be just the 1 year old ($10 per hour).
