Looking for a sitter/nanny in our home for our 4 kids starting ASAP.

*This will be long term*

Mon, Wed-Fri from 1/2 p.m. -4/5 p.m. w/ the possibility of some nights until 9/9:30 and some Sunday's.
Need someone that could possibly take my 7 yr old to cheer 2x a week if needed. May use my van, my auto insurance covers uninsured driver's.
