A little bit about us

South Lake Tahoe family is interviewing for a full-time childcare provider for children ages 11, 13, and 15. Duties will include school pickups, academic coordination, and reinforcing parents’ routines of chores and autonomy. Hours are expected to be Monday - Friday [phone number hidden] pm and adaptive to kids’ academic calendar.

Childcare
Reinforcing safe, reliable routines for school, play, chores, and family activities (dinner and bedtimes)
Maximizing fun for children
Creating capacity for family to do more travel, adventure, and solo / group activities
Experience with adolescents / teens
Foster autonomy in children
School
Pickups
Emails to school, teachers, activity leaders to confirm times, assignments, needed materials
All communications
Aeries review (online school gradebook)
Schedule (maintain Google calendar appointments, notify parents of performances and assignments)
Extra-curricular (choir)

Vacation assignments (coordinate work in advance of children traveling)
