I don’t plan on letting anyone take her outside of our home until she’s able to talk fully. You have to be okay with this. I also work in the nanny field so I want someone who knows how to gentle parent and able to use positive ways of calming Aurora down when she’s upset or experiencing big feelings. Aurora is the best. She’s fun, sassy but independent. She has a little attitude but mostly just her being only 16 months lol. We’re looking for someone who respects our choices, has a great imagination, is creative and who’ll simply make Aurora happy. My work hours are Mon-Fri 9AM-3PM. I also don’t mind if you would like to speak your language around her, I think that’d be pretty cool for her.
