Strict Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
> Work Authorization: must have legal authorization to work in the US(U.S. Citizen, green card or valid EAD). We do not pay under the table
>100% On-the-Books: Payment will be processed strictly as a W-2 employee via >HomePay(withholding taxes and providing standart employer contributions)
>Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check paid by the employer
>References: Must provide verifiable references from previous childcare positions
> Health & Safty: CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to renew); Up-to-date on standard vaccinations;
> Post-Offer Health Screening: After a conditional offer of employment is made, the candidate must be willing to undergo a standard household health screening (including food-handler/child-care related screenings sunch as Hepatitis A, H. pylori clearance and Tuberculosis (TB) clearance, Vaccine record of Hepatitis B). No other responsibilities than handling Phoebe are expected, though snack making for her is appreciated!
