Full-Time Nanny Job: The Klitzing Family with 1 Child
We’re looking for a nanny who can care for our 8 month old son JD. We prefer roughly 40 hours a week (M-F), but we work from home (mostly) and have some flexibility on hours. We love our nanny in Wicker Park now, but we recently moved to the North Shore and need someone closer to home.
We are hoping to join another family in a nanny share. We are happy to host, split hosting duties, or have our son visit another loving family’s home. We have loved our nanny share in the city, so we’re excited about the prospect of partnering with another family.
If we host, the family and nanny have to be comfortable with a dog. We have a 3 year old black lab named Augie who is a treasured member of our family. He is terrific with kids and guests.
Benefits:
- Guaranteed 40 hours/week
- Paid holidays, sick days, and vacation days included
- Occasional Friday afternoon or random days off as our work schedules permit
- Opportunity for occasional additional night and weekend hours (with pay) if desired

Weekly hours - M- F, 8am - 4pm and help with school pick up/ drop off, meal prep, kids laundry, toy organization and general tidying of house - dishes, wiping counters, etc. Optional additional weekend and evening hours available!
Pay rate $18-20 per hour.
