My spouse and I are both in the Air Force and work shift schedule. Were looking for a nanny for before school care on my spouses work days and full time care every other weekend. Responsibilities on school days include waking our 5-year-old up, helping him get ready for school, and seeing him to his bus stop. In home care preferred to allow our son to continue to sleep in the mornings. We have two dogs in the home, but they are friendly
