A little bit about us

I am a healthcare profession, will be starting my medical residency coming end of June, will have busy variable schedule and tests, I need a sitter who is flexible and commuted working different times and weekends, and to drop off and pickup my 4 years twins to preschool when the school year starts , whenever am home or my husband we will release her to rest, I prefer some one to work with preset fixed salary and we will give her time off whenever we have less work.

We have a 7 month old boy who is happy and active, truly super fun to be around. He is very engaging and loves to be social. We need a compassionate, trustworthy nanny to come be an extension of our family and help 2 days a week regularly with opportunities of more hours certain weeks. There are some weeks we would need you for 3-4 days.

Regulare schedule:
* 2 days a week sometime Mondays-Thursdays, not Fridays.

- Has knowledge of baby sleep cues and sleep training for naps

- Higher energy, may need to wrestle with an alligator during diaper changes; loves reading, conversations, singing and dancing with baby
- Non smoking and fragrance free household (perfume free)
- Okay with hypoallergenic dogs
- Can lift 20+ lbs and go up a flight of stairs to nursery
- Reliable, trustworthy, warm and kind
- Does not need to bring their own children
* If we aren't home: We also have 2 hypoallergenic small dogs that may need feeding and let out into the fenced in backyard.
