Looking for a Long-Term Nanny in Gurnee, IL
We are looking for a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny for our 4-year-old son in Gurnee.
Schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours/week, with the possibility of additional hours. All hours will fall between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
Responsibilities include:
* Picking our son up from school
* Driving him safely to various appointments/activities, including between Gurnee and Vernon Hills
* Caring for him at home and keeping him engaged with age-appropriate activities
* Supporting age-appropriate feeding and encouraging independence
* Following any feeding strategies/routines provided
* Supporting potty training and maintaining his bathroom routine
* Supporting his communication, learning, and development
* Helping maintain his daily routine
Requirements:
* CPR/First Aid certified
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Reliable transportation and comfortable driving a child
* Experience caring for preschool-aged children
* Comfortable working with a child who has a speech delay
* Patient, nurturing, dependable, and safety-conscious
* Ideally someone with a background in education, early childhood education, special education, speech/child development, teaching, or a related field
* Looking for a long-term commitment (ideally 6months-1year)
Pay: $23-25/hour, 20-25 hours with potential for additional hours.

Hi There! We are looking for a reliable nanny for our baby girl who will be 5 months old in April. We are looking for someone knowledgeable and caring, comfortable with pets, have their own transportation and none-smoker. We want the nanny to only care for the baby (feeding, changing, and playing with the baby and focus on her learning and development by preparing age appropriate activities). We do not want the baby to have any screentime for the first two years. Ideally, we want someone Mondays and Thursdays, but we can be flexible to fit the schedule of the right candidate.
