A little bit about us

We are looking for a compassionate and energetic nanny to care for our 15-month-old daughter in our home. As first-time parents who work from home (with a hybrid schedule), we need someone who can seamlessly integrate into our daily routine and provide attentive care.

**Responsibilities:**
- Work roughly 18-20 hours/week for 3 to 4 days during weekdays
- Engage our daughter in milestone development activities and foster an environment conducive to her growth and learning.
- Limit screen time, focusing instead on interactive play and educational tasks.
- Warm up and serve pre-prepared meals.
- Maintain cleanliness in the areas used, ensuring a tidy space for our daughter to play and rest.

**Requirements:**
- Experience in childcare, particularly with toddlers.
- Knowledge of early childhood development stages.
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
- A warm, patient personality and a passion for childcare.
- Ability to provide references from previous families.
