Looking for someone to help with our 15 month old baby girl. One parent is often away traveling for work and we need someone to help lighten the load with playtime and easy, nutritious meals. I'm especially looking for someone (or a couple people) who can build a lasting relationship with our family and eventually provide overnight or multi-day care when needed. Experience with autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviors is strongly preferred. A safe driving record, reliable transportation, and excellent references are essential.
I don't need a full-time nanny, but I do need someone dependable, flexible, and comfortable independently caring for three high-needs children. My goal is to find someone the boys know and trust and who can become a reliable source of support for our family. We also have friendly dogs and cats, so must be comfortable with those.
