About Us:
We're a warm and loving family in Santa Monica (90403) with two kids — a 5-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter. Our beloved nanny of five years is moving on for family reasons and we're hoping to find someone just as special to build that same kind of long, loving relationship with our family. We're near Franklin Elementary.
Hours:
Monday–Friday, ~12–5PM (~25 hours/week). Live-out. Starting late September or October 5th at the latest.
Qualities and Skills Required:
- 2+ years of professional childcare experience
- Comfortable and confident driving (for school pickups)
- English-speaking
- Non-smoker
- CPR certification a plus
- Patient, nurturing, and reliable, with strong references
- Comfortable around a friendly, 70-lb goldendoodle
Responsibilities:
- School pick-ups
- Afternoon care for our two kids, including light meal prep for lunch/snacks
- Light daily housework during nap/school hours (laundry, trash, general tidying, vacuuming)
- Availability for full days when school is out (sick days, breaks, holidays)

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Wiley Family with 3 Children
We're looking for a kind, patient and energetic caregiver who has an interest in caring for neurodivergent children and is looking for a long-term position.
We're a warm family and have 3 kids, aged 5,, 10 and 12 years old. They are all playful, funny and clever. One child is autistic (high-functioning), and 2 kids have ADHD.
We'd like to find someone who communicates well and works well as part of a team. Job responsibilities include transporting kids, meal prep and cooking, playing / engaging kids, light housekeeping tasks like unloading the dishwasher, homework help, errands like grocery shopping and some animal care (we have friendly dogs / cats).
The job is currently 30-35 hours per week with 30 hours guaranteed, and we are open to full-time for the right person. Hours are typically 1-8pm Monday through Friday, and there's an opportunity for additional hours if interested. Thanks for reading. :)
