Babysitter Job: The Rose Family with 1 Child
We have a 7 month old boy who is happy and active, truly super fun to be around. He is very engaging and loves to be social. We need a compassionate, trustworthy nanny to come be an extension of our family and help 2 days a week regularly with opportunities of more hours certain weeks. There are some weeks we would need you for 3-4 days.
Regulare schedule:
* 2 days a week sometime Mondays-Thursdays, not Fridays.
* 4-6 hours a day, dependent on dr appts and our schedule. Hours are around 11am-4pm for now and will change once his sleep schedule changes again.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has knowledge of baby sleep cues and sleep training for naps
- Can help with developmental milestones and has familiarity with Montessori methods
- Higher energy, may need to wrestle with an alligator during diaper changes; loves reading, conversations, singing and dancing with baby
- Non smoking and fragrance free household (perfume free)
- Okay with hypoallergenic dogs
- Can lift 20+ lbs and go up a flight of stairs to nursery
- Reliable, trustworthy, warm and kind
- Does not need to bring their own children
* If we aren't home: We also have 2 hypoallergenic small dogs that may need feeding and let out into the fenced in backyard.

My husband and I are looking for someone who can help us out with our 3 children (ages 12,8,2) 3/4 days per week from 3/4am-7:45/8 a.m. My schedule is currently made through May 2nd, so I can provide your schedule in advance. My husband schedule is Monday-Saturday with a daily 4/5 a.m. start. My schedule is 3-4 12hr shifts per week 7p-7:30 a.m. We literally just need someone there while they sleep until I get home the next morning.
