I'm a work-from-home mom with three beautiful children, ages 4, 2.5, and 6 months. We live on a 22-acre horse farm in Anthony, FL, basically on the northeastern edge of Ocala.
I'm searching for help on occasional date nights and for childcare during other events that happen on evenings and weekends.
I'm looking for someone who will do educational activities with the kids, take them outside to explore nature, have them help with meal prep – really involve them while weaving in educational concepts.
And when there is downtime or the kids are sleeping, I need help keeping the house maintained. Things like folding the kid's laundry, tidying and organizing toys, filling the dishwasher, wiping down the countertops, etc.
Overall, the most important thing is ensuring the kids are safe! We typically avoid TV and tech as much as possible and instead focus on playing with toys, doing arts and crafts, playing outside, etc. I allow them to watch a little TV in the evening when I'm preparing dinner, and that's about the max amount of screen time they should have in a day.
