We are looking for a long-term nanny for 2 children in Elkridge.
Our oldest daughter is 4 years old and is in school full-time. Our youngest daughter is 21 months old and starts part-time daycare at the end of June (3 half days a week).
We need someone to help out with after school and evenings a couple days a week. This includes dinner, bath and bedtime routine. The position requires being comfortable with picking the girls up from school.
The position would be during the week, with the occasional weekend day. We would love someone that would be open to traveling with the family on vacation as well (only 1-2 times a year).
Most importantly, we would love someone that is interested in being with us long-term (1-2 years, potentially longer).

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Ravendhran Family with 3 Children
We are looking for .afterschool childcare for next school year - ‘26-27. Hours would be about 2:20-6:30. We need a driver with their own car, non smoking, ideally over 18, and willing to be paid officially (and not under the table).
We hope to find someone who is an ally (LGBTQ+), and who “gets” neurodiversity. Also, we have a pool and kids would spend a lot of time in the pool, so swimming is a must.
You would pick up our 16 year old from his summer job. He is transgender and on the spectrum. His name is Damian. He loves waxing loquacious about Manga and the characters he is creating for his own future graphic novels. Most of your time would be spent with the social butterfly, Veda — who is 10, and a people person; and Rishi — 13, will be away at summer camp for 3 weeks, but when he returns, he will likely want to be dropped off at friends houses, or have friends over to swim and play Minecraft / build Lego worlds in the basement. Bonus points if you like to teach organization strategies to neurodivergent kiddos!! I’m a pediatrician, and my husband is a pathologist. We write a lot of recommendation letters for students for various levels of education and training (including college, grad school, residency) and would totally write one for you, if requested!!

We’re looking for a warm, dependable, and experienced nanny to care for our 14-month-old boy. You’ll handle his daily care and development, from preparing meals and supervising naps to planning fun, age-appropriate activities.
