Hi there! We’re a warm, intentional family in Southfield, MI seeking a gentle, experienced nanny to help care for our infant daughter while we transition back to work. This is a part-time role (Tues–Thurs), ideal for someone who has a strong background in infant care, respects family rhythms, and values thoughtful, child-led development.Our daughter is a joyful, resilient 3-month-old preemie (adjusted age), currently thriving at home. She’s receiving support from Early On specialists, and we’d love a caregiver who can follow through with simple activities and help us track her developmental progress.
