We're a loving family looking to build a small bench of wonderful backup nannies and babysitters to care for our young child. We have a fantastic full-time nanny, and we're hoping to find a few warm, dependable, and experienced people we can call on when she takes PTO or sick time, and for occasional date nights and outings.
On weekday coverage days, we'd love someone who enjoys getting outside for walks and time in the neighborhood, while also being happy to spend slower days playing and hanging out at home. For evenings, it's usually a relaxed routine of dinner, play, and bedtime. We value open communication and want you to feel comfortable bringing your own experience, ideas, and personality.
Weekday coverage is typically 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility, and is usually planned in advance for PTO, with occasional shorter notice for sick days. We'll also need evening and weekend babysitting from time to time. This is a great fit for someone looking for flexible, part-time work with a family they can build an ongoing relationship with.
Prior professional childcare experience, comfort around dogs, and up-to-date vaccinations are important to us.

Our family is looking for a long-term nanny for our 2 children. Our 3-year-old is active, creative, independent, and an absolute joy. She loves conversation, is physically advanced, and keeps things fun. Our 8-month-old is joyful, active (nearly walking), with a wonderfully predictable schedule. What you'll do: Play, engage, and support learning through developmental activities. School drop off and pick-ups using family vehicle. Reheat homemade meals. Give bottles for the baby (mom pumps and preps them ahead of time ) After taking a break, if there is time, some organization, dishes, laundry during nap windows. Full-Time Nanny Job: The Napier Family with 2 Children
Hello, we are looking for a patient, attentive nanny for our almost 3 year old and almost 1 year old daughters. Currently our girls attend full-time preschool, but we'd like to have them home more often. Responsibilities would include taking care of the girls, making and helping out with their meals, and helping with bath time. Our 10 month old is an incredibly sweet, happy, and easy-going baby who enjoys playing on the rug, watching the birds by the backyard bird feeder, and going for little walks around our block. Our almost 3 year old is an outgoing, happy, curious, and spirited little girl who loves to play outside, read, use her swing set in the backyard, have tea parties, and play with her Bluey toys. Our 10 month old is already able to drink via straws, and is extremely interested in trying new baby foods (although she's still waiting on her first tooth). Parents get home between 4-5 PM most days, although we would also appreciate/be looking for someone able to continue assisting through dinner and bath time/roughly 6-7 PM.
If in the event full-time placement is not possible or preferable, we would be able to accommodate working with a part-time nanny if it is the right fit. We would prefer afternoon/evening help if this is the case. We would be looking for help Monday-Friday in either case.
