Responsibilities
• Care for infant + toddler
• Meals/snacks + light cleanup
• Follow nap schedules (infant 2 naps, toddler 1)
• Engage in play (arts, sensory, music, Legos, toy room)

Environment
• Consistent routine (must follow)
• Limited screen time (2–4 hrs max; background TV ok)
• Wed: both parents out
• Thurs: Mom out, Dad hybrid
• Fri: Mom WFH, Dad hybrid

Must-Haves
• Experience with infant + toddler together
• Comfortable caring for two kids solo 10.5 hr. shifts
• Reliable transportation & punctual
• Available all 3 days consistently
• Comfortable with parent WFH
• Will follow routines + reinforce toddler rules

Looking for a fun, energetic babysitter for our active son to be 6-year-old, Mon–Fri from ~3:30–6pm (flexible). Both parents work from home, so we’d love help getting him out and engaged! We have memberships to local attractions and a pool/playground nearby. Must be comfortable taking him to the pool and swimming with him. Our 11yo may join occasionally, with a parent present.
