A little bit about us

Searching for a live-in nanny for my young toddler. Rent free! Pay negotiable. Hours are 8:30am to 1pm Monday-Friday so I can run my business, with a few negotiable hours in the afternoon or weekend so I can run to the store. Living situation includes one large bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom with full shower/bath. Access to one side of large office with attached desks. House is 4,400sq ft with a pool/spa inside a guard gated community. Cable and high speed internet. It’s just myself and my son in the house and our very chill cat, Smokey. (People who hate cats tend to like this one, same with the toddler ;)

Social distancing must be taken seriously. My son has febrile seizures which means he may have seizures when he gets sick with a fever and has emergency meds in case this happens.

My son is very bright, and very calm. I use Love & Logic principles which works well for him and has yet to have a tantrum over 30 seconds. He is screen free but he keeps fairly busy with puzzles, his trucks and Other toys and learning activities. He is a super sweet child and fun to teach because he picks things up quickly and easily.

Thinking a student or retired single woman would be a great fit. Experience preferred.
