A little bit about us

We’re the Pratt Family. My husband and I have a 7 year old son and 3 month old daughter. I am heading back to work and we’re in the process of understanding what that transition looks like for our family. I work fully remote and will be available throughout the day. It’s important that I am able to nurse (schedule permitting) and I intended to spend any downtime assisting where I can. Our son attends a private Christian school Monday through Thursday from 7:45AM to 3:45PM. We’re looking for an individual able to commit 15 to 25 hours a week to start. These should include Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Most likely this will be from 9:00AM to 4:00PM. If you’re willing to pick up our son from school as needed that’s a plus! We have a Great Pyrenees that is 4 year old but I am fine to leave her in the office while you’re in our home.

Outside of Fridays the majority of time will be spent with our infant. Presently we are very child led as she feeds and naps on demand. Currently she spends a good portion of her time napping during the day but during wake windows we would like someone that would enjoy playing, reading, and singing to her. She is used to contact naps and constant attention. On Fridays our son is allowed screen time but may ask to play Lego’s or read together.
