I'm looking for someone who will become an important part of our family. Strong communication skills are essential, and you should be comfortable with my parenting style and daily routines.
My schedule varies throughout the week, so I’m looking for someone with some flexibility.
Responsibilities include caring for Elizabeth's daily needs, engaging her in fun and age-appropriate activities that also help her learn, preparing simple meals (mostly snacks), changing her diaper as needed, and following her nap schedule. The sitter should also have reliable transportation available in case of an emergency. Most importantly, I hope to find someone who will create a safe, kind, and fun environment where Elizabeth feels cared for while I'm away.
