Full-Time Nanny Job: The Crump Family with 3 Children
Our nanny of 4 years is transitioning to focus on furthering her education so we are looking for a full-time nanny for our family. We have 3 children- Gwen is our 4.5 year old daughter, Lucas is our 9-year-old son, and Joshua is our 10.5-year-old son. We need a reliable driver and educator who can provide in-home before and after school care including providing transportation to preschool for our 4.5-year-old in the morning and to and from after-school activities for all 3 kids Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 AM and 3:30-8:30 PM during the school year. We are both healthcare workers and therefore will need all day childcare on days when there are school closures due to weather or other reasons and we are both working. We do not have any pets at the moment but the kids are hoping to adopt a puppy soon. We hope to find someone who has experience in early childhood education/tutoring and can assist our kids with homework and extra lesson's. We live in Elkhorn and offer $25 hourly rate for a minimum of 30 hours weekly, monthly mileage reimbursement, healthcare benefits, 3 weeks of paid vacation,10 paid sick days, and use a payroll service for nanny taxes. We try to accommodate nanny vacation requests ahead of time by coordinating them with our individual work schedule time-off requests. We typically take a 1-week family vacation during our kids’ spring break, summer vacation, and winter break and do not require any nanny services during those vacations. We try to avoid scheduling our nanny to work on federal holidays and weekends unless we are both scheduled to work and unable to find alternative childcare and are flexible on those days for our nanny to take our kids to their home.
