As for the schedule, I work varying hours, but I need someone to pick up the kids from school and watch over them until I'm able to get home. The latest I would need someone to watch them is until 5 pm. This arrangement would be needed on weekdays, Monday through Friday.

In terms of responsibilities, the primary tasks would include picking up the kids from school, ensuring they have a snack, helping them with any homework or activities, and just generally keeping them safe and entertained until I return.

Overall, I'm looking for someone who is reliable, caring, and enjoys spending time with children during those after-school hours.
