• Is attentive to routines, safety, and our family's caregiving preferences
• Has 3+ years of experience caring for infants
• Can provide strong referencesfrom past families
• Is CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to become certified
• Is open to a background check

• Daily care, feeding, and soothing
• Engagjng with current milestones, active play, and other developmental activities
• Tracking naps, feedings, and diaper changes
• Small Baby-related tidying (bottles, toys, baby laundry)

I travel for work and my husband goes in very early to work. This nanny would come around 5:30 a.m. (on days I am traveling if my husband is going into work too) and 6 a.m. if I am working from home (tues-fri). We would need them to wake the kids up in the morning, make them breakfast, pack their lunches and make sure they get on the bus each morning on time. Our previous nanny also made up all of the beds daily, changed the sheets weekly, did laundry daily, wiped countertops daily, picked up the common areas daily and mopped once per week. We hope to find someone who can do these things too.
